Do I have to take my car to a dealership to keep my factory warranty?
No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, you can have your vehicle serviced at an independent shop without voiding the manufacturer's warranty. We follow the factory service schedule and use OEM-equivalent parts, so your vehicle stays compliant.
Why does a European car need a shop with European experience?
European vehicles use complex computer networks, specialized fasteners and systems that differ from domestic and Asian vehicles. A generic code reader can't fully diagnose them, reset service intervals or code new modules. We run Porsche PIWIS and BMW ISTA, the same software the dealers use.
Do you work on domestic cars and trucks?
Yes. Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Ram, Jeep and the other domestic makes get the same inspection, written quote and vehicle health report as a European car.
Do you use genuine factory parts?
We use genuine OEM (original equipment manufacturer) or high-tier OES (original equipment supplier) parts, and fluids approved by your vehicle's manufacturer, for correct fit and long service life.
