Following the factory maintenance schedule keeps a vehicle running the way it was built to, and keeps the warranty in place.
We handle Mercedes-Benz Service A and B, BMW inspections and Porsche maintenance intervals to the letter, then reset the service reminder with the same software the dealers use. Domestic cars and trucks get service on their own schedule too, whether it follows the oil life monitor or the owner's manual.
You don't have to go back to the dealer to keep your factory warranty. We use OEM or high-tier OES parts and approved fluids, and keep a record of every visit for your warranty file and resale value.
What a scheduled service covers
Every service starts with an inspection, and you get a quote before any work begins.
- Mileage milestones
- 30,000, 60,000, 90,000 and 120,000 mile services built from your vehicle's factory schedule.
- Fluid flushes
- Brake fluid, engine coolant, transmission fluid and differential oil, replaced on schedule.
- Ignition service
- Spark plugs and ignition coils replaced to keep timing and fuel economy where they should be.
- Filter replacements
- Cabin air, engine air and fuel filters.
Questions about maintenance
Will servicing my car at an independent shop void my factory warranty?
No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, you can have your vehicle serviced at any qualified independent shop without voiding the warranty, as long as the shop follows the factory schedule and uses OEM-equivalent parts. We do both and keep the records.
What's the difference between Mercedes-Benz Service A and Service B?
Service A is the smaller service, typically around 10,000 miles or one year, with an oil change, fluid checks and an inspection. Service B typically comes around 20,000 miles or two years and adds a cabin filter replacement and a brake fluid exchange to everything in Service A.
How do I know when my domestic car or truck needs service?
Most newer Ford, GM, Ram and Jeep vehicles use an oil life monitor that tells you when service is due. Older vehicles follow the schedule in the owner's manual. Bring it in or call, and we'll look up the schedule for your vehicle.
Do you reset the service light?
Yes. We reset the service reminder when the work is done, using dealer-level software on European vehicles.
