We run Porsche PIWIS and BMW ISTA, the same software the dealers use, so faults get read and service intervals reset the way the factory does.

Will servicing my car here void the factory warranty?
No. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act protects your right to have a new car serviced at an independent shop. We follow the factory maintenance schedule, use OEM-equivalent parts and keep a record of every visit.
Do you work on domestic cars and trucks?
Yes. Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Ram, Jeep and the other domestic makes get the same inspection and written quote as a European car.
Which European makes do you service?
Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Mini, Porsche and Volkswagen. For Porsche and BMW we run PIWIS and ISTA, the same diagnostic software the dealers use.
Do I get a quote before any work starts?
Yes. After we inspect the car we send a written quote, and no work begins until you approve it.
Do I need an appointment?
Booking online or calling ahead is the quickest way in. Weekday hours are 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM, and Saturday service is by appointment only.
Is this the same shop as Limited Auto Group?
Yes. Limited Auto Group is now Limited Auto Repair, at the same address on Kimberly Road. The shop no longer sells or consigns vehicles and works only on service and repair.
