Why not take my car to a high-volume tire chain?
High-volume shops are built for speed. Their equipment can use metal bars that scratch painted or machined wheels, and many European cars need specific jacking points and lift pads to avoid damaging the rocker panels. We take the time for both.
What is road-force balancing?
A standard balancer spins the tire and wheel in the air. A road-force balancer presses a roller against the tire while it spins, like the weight of the vehicle on the road, to find stiff spots in the sidewall. We then match the tire to the wheel for the smoothest ride.

How do I know if I need an alignment?
Signs include the vehicle pulling to one side, an off-center steering wheel and uneven tire wear. An alignment check is a good idea with every new set of tires and after hitting a big pothole or curb.
